Who the hell am I?

I’m an entrepreneur and an internet marketing nutter. I’m a devoted Dad to three amazing kids (but I know all parents say that :-). I’ve been through hell and back a couple of times and am still around to tell the tales.

I founded the world’s first online skip hire business, topskips.com.

That’s been a ride and a half.

I now run the company that owns that website (plus a large bunch of others in different markets) and I’m proven to be good at SEO (search engine optimisation), pay per click advertising, copywriting, maximising conversions.

I now talk on these subjects all over the UK, run a regular newsletter and Internet Marketing Training Membership Site (my Inner Circle) for people serious about learning how to maxmise their profits online, and run live Internet Marketing Courses that increase attendee profits by very large percentage points.

I am NOT a guru, and have no interest in being one. I run an ordinary business and live an ordinary life. I’m not a fan of traditional marketing (the stuff taught at most Universities is so bad it’s dangerous to most businesses), or so-called professional SEO companies (which is why you’ll find some of them slagging me off behind anonymous twitter accounts). I run my marketing based on sound direct marketing principles, where everything is tested and measured.
