Reading this made me cry this morning…

“To laugh often and love much; to win the respect of intelligent persons and the affections of children; to earn the approbation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to give one’s self; to leave the world a little better whether by a healthy child, a garden path or a redeemed social condition; to have played and laughed with enthusiasm and sung with exaltation; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived..that is to succeed.”

This is credited to Ralph Waldo Emerson by Alexander Waugh in his book “Fathers and Sons”.

‘Nuff said.

I sometimes forget that not everyone knows exactly what SEO actually is, so I am producing a bunch of glossary videos to try and explain some of the key terms and concepts of SEO and internet marketing into layman terms. (If you find any waffle in any of these videos – email me at once – I’m doing them unscripted)

Here’s a question I get asked a lot: what is search engine optimisation?

If you’re new to internet marketing, and want a copy of the DVD of my talk on internet marketing and SEO at Manchester Metropolitan University (as well as my top ten tips to instantly increase your online profits), go here: Free SEO DVD

If you’d like to see more videos and want to train yourself up with practical online SEO and internet marketing training. go here: Internet Marketing Training

This is one in a bunch of videos I’ve recently done for the Digital Marketing degree course at Manchester Metropolitan University. It’s about pay per click marketing (vimeo can be a little slow to load – just click play, then pause, then give it a few moments to buffer for smooth playing)…
